Question about gauge sensor locations

Im getting ready to install some gauges soon and I wanted to clarify where the sensors went for them all.

Boost Gauge: T off the fuel pressure regulator line

Oil Temp: Drill and tap into the oil pan -- Into the side or bottom (I assume side), and how far up from the bottom of the pan?

EGT: Drill and tap into the exhaust manifold -- 2 inches in on one of the runners? If I plan on getting the manifold ported, polished, and coated should I drill before or after?

Wideband: Bung gets welded into the downpipe? -- I dont actually have this yet but was thinking about having the bung welded onto my exhaust before I install it.

Actually, the more I read it looks like the oil temp sensor can just screw into the drain plug? I have Autometer gauges if that makes any difference.
