Boost Leak from HELL!

Ok guys, here goes.

In order to get my XS-Engineering I/C piping on, I had to unbolt the waste gate from the turbo housing and reconnect it afterwards. I have an MBC connected in line with the stock solenoid. I did it this way because thats all I knew how to do.

What I need to know :

1. Could I somehow have damaged the wastegate, even though it just was hanging there?
2. Could the wastegate have been flipped OVER, as to not work properly? Im seeing a consistent 15psi, and I just tested everything and found one leak, but it was tiny.

3. I need to bypass the stock boost solenoid. I dont know how to do this, so if someone can point me in a direction. Also, I found some vacuum lines hanging behind the motor, between the engine and firewall. One nipple was broken off, and the others were just hanging. I did my best to reconnect them, they were highlighted with green and white marks. Anyone have a diagram on the computer that I can examine to see what and where these go? This is my check engine light issue, so Im happy to see that.

The most important thing is bypassing that damn stock boost solenoid so I can hold 19-20PSI to redline, which in current form it will run 15PSI, fading to 11PSI.

Any other suggestions?

Most MBC are the same to install, in regards to which hoses go where. The following link should give you an idea of how to hook it up, this is for the hallman type boost controller. You are mainly going to be interested towards the bottom of the write up. Hope this helps.

EVOL, yeah, its a great kit, great quality. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the intercooler, but that I can live with just for the sheer size. The kit is great, YET, you need a battery kit.....but Im going with summit's battery box and battery relocation kit. Move that weight to the trunk and still have the power of a normal optima sized battery.

DrEvo, thank you very much sir, for that link. Any input on what it could possibly be?

100% normal operation, but come to think of it my BOV is not responding like it used to at low speed/boost. It is also very quiet compared to normal.
