out of the ones you listed I would get the AMS.....but I would probably take the APS if you want to spend the extra cash....either one is a great product.....just a matter of preference.

www.phoenixturbo.com AKA www.cheapturbo.com kicks ***.

I used them to purchase my turbo for my Honda and their service was amazing. I called up one of the guys and he actually walked me through chosing the correct turbo for me, and then I got an awesome price on it. When my plans grew, all I had to do was send them the turbo back and they swapped out the backside and ceramic coated it. Very helpful, and highly recommended.

He is on the Honda-tech.com boards, his SN is something like phoenixturboDOTcom, or something of the sort.

Hey evosorio, I think you dont know, but an idiot ran a red light last week and I crashed my EVO, I have to replace bumper, hood, intercooler, radiator, radiator support and one headlight. The car is now on the body shop, thats why I am upgrading the intercooler, I wont buy the stock one if I can upgrade. But I am fine and it wasnt too bad, it was a van and his bumper didnt touch mine, the EVO went down his bumper and destroyed all the parts I mentioned. But it didnt touched my header, turbo, etc. The car still runs fine and can be moved, everything sounds great, it just doesnt look good and doesnt have a radiator.

Thats why I need the intercooler ASAP to give it to the guy that is fixing my car.
Damn bro, didn't know that! First omar blows his clutch and then you crash, esta del carajo la suerte de ustedes The important thing is your all right, definetly get a new intercooler and while your at it, get a wings west front bumper, looks tigh and cost the same as the stock one.

I know you already bought an IC, but for others reading this post please look into this option:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...978700098&rd=1

These are always for sale from SSAutoChrome. Please look at the pictures and size and compare them with the AMS. You will notice some very interesting things. I picked one up for less than $300. That left me about $400 more that I would have spent on the AMS one that I can now put to good use elsewhere.

The ONLY difference I have found is that on the EBAY special the top center mounting bracket attachment point is in the center of the IC. On the stock IC (and I assume the AMS) this mounting point is offset to one side about 1". I fabbed up a new offset top mount piece with a piece of $2 aluminum I got at Home Depot. Worked great and saved me $398 from going with the brand name.

Just FYI. If you are in the market for a new IC, just do some research.

Get the Nisei, Ive owned greddy, apexi, hks and even the buschur fmic's and the nisei has the best design, best workmanship quality and also looks the best in my opinion...it comes fully polished and bolts right up in the stock location with NO modification of anything whatsoever. And the price is just icing on the cake.

I think the best ICs are: Buschur, ARC, Nisei, and AMS. Any one of those and youll be happy. I have the BR FMIC Deluxe and I love it!
