Question The "MILLION $ ?"

i know that everyone that owns an MR agrees w/ me in that the stock shifter blows! and i also know that the ? of, when someone was going to create a short throw shifter?, has been probably asked alot since the inseption of the MR. i will ask again because i hope that it will spark the point, MR owners need a 6-speed STS! Please if u know something or somebody that may have the answer, FOR GODS SAKE POST HERE! thanx "A MILLION" MRownersofA

yeh, the stocker on MR does feel sort of like the STI shifter. I think it's how they locate the reverse lever, which causes the shifter to be sorta vague compare to the 5 speed evo shifters.

I don't think the short shifter will help, i think push type reverse lever conversion would help, like in s2k, from pull type reverse.
