boost taper BAD

Whats up guys, I cant seem to sort out my boost taper. I just switched from installation from wastegate to turbo niple into wastegate and intake manifold line splice. The BOV still works, the vacumm still works fine however itll boost up to 20psi (what i have my mbc set to) then it will taper to 14 and then hit boost cut? WTF. I have no clue whats going on and the switch didnt help the problem, its killing my torque...and me on the inside. any tips?

u disconnected your factory boost lines right? All u need is a line form the turbo to boost controller then to the wastegate

Hitting boost cut at 14PSI sounds like you may have a leak somewhere along the intake path. Check all your hoses and connections to make sure they are secure and intact.

Trace out all your intercooler piping starting from the intake side on the intercooler, cinch up all the connections and re-tighten everything. You can also use some RTV sealant around the flange that the intake connects to on the turbo.

Make sure everything on that side of the engine is fitting tight.

you cap'd this off right or it might be a broken wastegate actuator (probably not but if its not a boost look could be possibility)

Update

^Yeah normally you'd cap that off for this setup, I ultimately like this setup better as it seems like the boost doesnt jump around as much. But anywho I've found the leak...and its BAD, like the system wont even pressurize under an air pump bad. I think its between the turbo outlet and the LIC pipe as the buschur pipe was such a ***** one of the bolts was left semi tight compared to the other bolt. Secondly I believe the couplers on the UIC piping (specifically the elbow) may be leaking as well. So looks like the car will be going back up on some stands tomorow after work. Thanks again for the help, my worst fear was realized...damnit.
