manifold gasket

i bought the megan racing manifold. Looks sweet. im having trouble with one bolt on the turbo wont match up. i think its due to install over the product. Anyways do i remove the thick stock gasket with my new gasket or use both. The stock gasket seems so much thicker and better then the aftermarket. Ive been riding around with just the aftermarket one. Let me know.

I will usually always use OEM gaskets if possible becaues alot of times they are better. Either way would probably be fine but it is more so just your prefrence. I wouldn't use both together at the same time though.
