I think I have lifter noise, cams were installed. It is a ticking present about 75 -80% of the time. This noise gets faster as the RPMs go up. The mitsu dealer said it may be a lifter, but if the oil pressure while driving is within normal limits, don't worry. My pressure is fine while driving, but at idle it drops below 2.0 kpa(x100) as per my Defi gauge and some times the car stalls when you first start it up. Any thoughts?? Would lifters failing cause a CEL to show?

Secondly, sometimes when switching gears... either stopped or at low speeds(1st - 2nd)(Reverse - 1st), I get a clanking noise...sounds like two metal plates coming together. The clutch is stock, and still seems to be working well. I do not have any real driveability problems with the car...just noise. Any thoughts?
