Loss of Boost.

i just recently installed a turbosmart dual port BOV, (red) if that makes a difference, on my car. everything worked fine. i didnt notice bogging or stalling issues or anything. When i floored it though, it felt a bit slower, so i did it again while looking at the boost gauge. the boost gauge read 1.2 - 1.3 bars instead of the usual 1.4 - 1.5

what im not sure abuot is wether the BOV has a leak, or my car needs to get used to the new BOV, or if the nasty weather up here had something to do with it(hot and very humid), or if its just becuase its a bigger BOV then stock, or thats it half vented half recirc(100% recirc stock). need help!!

also, i have a Turbosmart MBC. After i figure out the issue with the BOV and i install the MBC, could i run my car up to 20psi? or 21?

thanks in advance for any input

You probally have a leak, check all your clamps and hoses.

i have those same mods... and i am running 23-22psi, as far as the leak the stock clamps are weak id replace them, i had a little bit of leak caused by them on the intercooler pipe and on the recirc hose
