Can anyone recommend a magnetic oil drain plug?

Yes, I've searched and found a few answers on this, but I haven't been able to find a good answer on what plug to get and where to order from.

I've also searched online and found a few possibilities, but I prefer to stick with reputable dealers, as well as ones that will specifically state that their product will work with my car.

Here's what I've gathered so far:

-The EVO engine oil drain plug has a 14x1.5 thread pattern (please correct me if I'm wrong, I have no idea what the 14x1.5 means)

-There are some concerns about drain plugs that are too long (i.e. they go too far into the oil pan and interfere with something mechanical).

Any recommendations?

Hmmm...kinda pricey. Anything a bit cheaper out there?

You can get these at the parts store for like $2/each.

Good to have I guess, but there's not a lot of engine parts which are magnetic and will stick.
