Spark plug fouling help

ok... this is finally starting to annoy the hell out of me. I foul spark plugs alot... more than anyone I have ever seen in my life. Whenever I run the car at 25psi or higher.... it takes approximately 5-10 hard pulls and they are shot. If I drive reasonable for a few hours then push it hard at 25+ they will foul in 2-3 pulls.

Most of you know what I have in the car... GT35R and 110 octane is what really matters. Stock ignition other than BR8ES. I was told that BPR8ES will help alot but how much really?? Why are these plugs fouling so much? At 18-22psi they dont foul very often at all... I dont understand it. Any help?

The car idles very rough and smells like unburnt gas at idle. It also blows smoke out the tailpipe when it idles REAL low (Gas, not oil). When I pull the plugs they look perfect. Light tan color on the insulator, greyish type color on the ground strap, the electrode looks perfect. No spotting, no metal fragments, no oil, etc... I can not understand it. Thanks for any help!
