Pressure drop during test = leak?

When i did my pressure test to locate boost leaks i found quite a few that were very massive. But i still noticed that when adding pressure to lets say 15psi or so, the pressure slowly drops. I have been listening and spraying water to see if i can find more leaks but it seems like there are none.

Is this normal when doing a leak test? BTW, im using a compressor set at 20psi and a home made tester with a tire valve at the end. So wouldn't it be able to hold 20psi strong for quite some time?

Make sure to block of the throttle body area.

Yea because air will leak into the intake manifold and beyond.
Block it right before the throttle body.

it's gonna leak through the engine regardless. So if you if you have a very slow drop in pressure, i doubt it's a boost leak. I guess you're good to go.
