ANYONE EVER blown a hole through your Transfer case??

I fear i have done so... i recently installed the rps twin carbon clutch, and vishnu's launch control and i did a 7k launch while building 12 lbs of boost and something very bad happened. I had no idea that teh rps clutch gripped this hard.. There was no give and i heard a terible sound like a rod going out or something. As it turned out the car drives perfectly.. it pulls hard no vibrations and goes into all gears perfectly. no sounds at idle, but makes a whining sound under accel.. it sounds like a blown diff but i have the cusco diff.. which i doubt would break under this type of launch. so that leaves the ring and pinion? i guess??? or the tranny. But to my dismay, there i a small leak (im talkin a few drops an hour) and its deffinitely diff fluid) which also smells like tranny fluid.

Anyone have any idea of what it could be that i have broken? Im hoping its teh ring gear as i have an extra one.

i blew up a transfer case due to low fluid and it completely blew apart but didnt put a hole in it they usually keep all the damage internal..the ring and pinion are what goes first..you may be leaking fluid from where the output shaft exits the transfer case..

either something cracked... or if you're lucky... you just lurched everything so hard that some fluid burped out the overflow hole at the top of the tranny... and it's leakin' down a lil at a time...
