looks like you are really getting ready to trade

the downpipe will fit , but if the new 05 is an mr than it might not

the use of some wire hangers might stop the rattle

helix DP does NOT fit WEL on the 2005 models. I got a Helix DP in March for my 2005 and it fits like ***. Its on there but it rattles from time to time and it sits on top of the TC.... get another brand DP.
