Is this a solution to Lifter noise ?????

My car have 272/272 cams and there were no lifter noise until a few months back. The noise comes and goes. Anyone tried something similar to the link below to reduce or eliminate lifer noise?

Anyone use lucas oil to help reduce the lifter noise? Another alternative is Risolone which I saw at walmart but not sure if it'll work.

I did and like I said the noise was not there until recently and it comes and goes. I was wondering if anyone tried the mystery oil before replacing lifters or even bleeding the lifters
