I was reading modified mag and they were talkin about the 2005 EVO MR and just was saying the things 300hp 21 psi...then they were like simple mods like a downpipe and exhuast can cause the car to overboost and make the ECU cut the fuel off for a split seconds for safety measures for the boost to drop...has ne1 experiecned that becuz i have a a DP and exhaust and i really havent.....and is it bad for ur car??

 

05's have a higher boost cut level. And run marginally more boost than 03/04 (something like 20.8 psi in 05's) I have been reflashed, but I was running 22 psi unflashed with no problems and with a full TBE.
