Cusco Twin Vs. Exedy Twin
I know the clutches are both made by Exedy so please, no posts that Cusco is just a blue exedy clutch. The discs have a different design to them. I also hear you can order the same parts that cusco uses from exedy. I just want to see who has each and how they feel about them. Please post with your insight. and if anyone can tell me what kind of power they are making with them that would be great. I'm looking to make 450-500 whp next dyno trip so I want to make sure they will hold up.
I am making just under 400WHP with the Cusco, I have over 100 (1.6-1.7sec 60') launches on it and no issues. It feels like it might my wearing a little now though. I'm going to do an inspection when I drop the tranny this winter.

P.S. I voted that it is better than the Exedy, not because I have experience with the Exedy, but from a disk design standpoint. The fact that (according to Exedy) they share the same PP (therefore the same clamping force) then the Cusco should have a higher torque capacity since it is clamping a smaller surface area (more PSI). Also, I have read a lot of members complaints regaring premature wear of their Exedy clutches, I have no such issues.
