Best Spark Plugs - Big Turbo, Big Boost?

I would really like to get some expert opinions on the best performing spark plugs for my car. I'm running a GT35R with the intent on running Alky Injection and 25-26 lbs. of boost for daily driving and 28-30 lbs. (on race gas) at the track.

I've done several searches and have read many mixed answers. BPR7ES, BR8ES etc., etc. Iridium or copper...the suggestions are all over the place. Gaps from 28 down to 22.

Soooo, anybody running a big turbo with elevated boost, please post what has worked best for you.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

It is difficult to say which is better. If I were you I would try BR8EIX or BR8ES.
Standard Gap is .7mm, try it and if you have missfire reduce to .6mm or less.

Heard good things about BR8EIX in the lancerregister forum, one guy there is running with 1.6bar and said that had good results with BR8EIX.

Bob, how long have you had the gt35r. I thought you were still running the 3076?

How are you liking it?

I've had it for a couple of months or so. I didn't like the numbers I was getting with the 3076. The 35r is worth more than 100whp over the 3076, with no (or little) difference in spool. Just trying to work out the little bugs right now.

So...would everyone (anyone) agree that the best way to go is with BPR8ES and change them with every oil change?

Yes!

I'm really looking for owners that are sporting a 35R or 40R and running high boost. Say 26 psi and up.

I've run "high" boost with a gt35r, a lot of meth. injection and had NO problems with blowing out spark on my 2G. Using BPR7ES with a .026" gap.

.020" is just ASKING for pre-ignition.

Thanks guys! I was more than a little reluctant to buy plugs at $24.00 a piece when a $2.00 plug works as well as or better than the high priced plug.
