Shifter Setup?

Hey guys, after searching for a half hour, I would like to get some fellow evo owners opinions on what is the surest feeling shifter set up available? Bushings, lines, and actual shifters....any opinions for the best sure feeling setup? Thanks

I installed a Perrin short shifter with the 8pc metal bushing set for the shifter base and the 2pc metal bushing set for the shifter linkages to the tranny. It made a ton of difference in how solid the shifting feels. My GReddy counter weight shift knob gave me like 20 extra whp too! J/K

I will also be doing the SS braided clutch line and restrictor removal mod this weekend or next and can keep you updated on how that goes as well.

Chris

Hey Chris I have read of dangers with removing the restrictor plates, but have read great things about the ss lines.

WORKS 30% short shifter, some Ebay brass base bushings, and Kartboy underhood bushings... my car freakin drives sooooooo sweet right now, I'm in love again!

Add the SS clutchline for the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back to the track with this setup.

Give me a call when u get back in town, Les, and you can test it out yourself.
