HELP! Couple concerns....
HELP! Couple concerns....
First, I have pulled a couple codes and id like some analysis from you guys.
PO113 IAT Sensor 1 Circuit High Output....What is this? What is IAT sensor?
PO138 o2 Sensor Circuit High Volts.....What could cause this? What exactly does that mean?
Now, wierd thing. I have been making some changes lately. I took off the buschur intake and RNR upper IC pipe and went back to stock. Therefore, for a little bit i lost my GReddy BOV....well, with the stock BOV where my car was normally making 26psi falling to 22psi it was making 23psi falling to 18psi. This was replacing all those parts i listed above, i figured the BOV was the culprit.
Now, i changed the BOV last night. I put it in a wierd spot. I actually cut off the flange and pipe from my RNR upper IC pipe and put the Type S in the same exact spot. The recirc part is sitting IN the intake pipe, with the rubber hose coming off of the upper pipe and is on the 2" pipe attached to the flange(if that makes sense). Anyway, this morning i did a quick punch in 3rd gear and had 26psi....but, this afternoon when i went to lunch, i went and had these codes pulled and cleared. I didn't do any boost runs between leaving and the autoparts store.
I had them pull the codes, then i pulled the engine fuse to clear them. The car was making 21-22psi(spike) boost.....can't figure it out. Haven't looked too deep, but just thought id ask for some advice while sitting at work!
Thanks in advance.
PS, anyone have a boost hose diagram for the stock intake pipe? Where does the vac line that attaches to it(the big line) come from? the valve cover?
Thanks!

no, but i can recheck. I actually started the car up without the MAF plugged in the other day when i swapped all this stuff in. But i plugged it in. It will only go in one way, right? I plugged it in and it snapped into place.
Anyone ever seen anyone put an aftermarket BOV in like that? Its seems fool proof, but maybe the hose coming off the upper IC pipe is messing up the operation of that BOV. It shouldn't be limited to being mounted directly on the pipe should it?
