So the general consensus is to go with the BOV connection over the wastegate and turbo connection?

Yes.

But I agree with SlowCar that cleaning/checking for debris is a good idea. I'll say this. If you have the MBC turned that far up, and you pressurize the end (in) port, the side port should not leak like that at 4-5 psi...even with the light spring. Something is wrong there.

The other case is that you still have a vacuum line somewhere connected that is allowing pressure from the intake side to enter the MBC side line with the bleed port. In that case you boost probably would have been screwed up from the beginning...

Anyone know where i can get the little caps i need for the nipples im not gonna be using??

Basically any auto parts store. Get the longer length caps so you have more room to clamp them with hose clamps. If I remember correctly, 4mm is the size you will need...or 3/16" should work if that's what they have. Make sure the turbo nipple is clamped well.

does anyone have any problems with their in car controller (hallman pro rx) because the hoses are too long?
