Calculating o2 Voltage to AFR

I am currently looking for the formula to determine AFR from o2 sensor voltage. I have done a search on here and Google and have not been able to find anything concrete. If you have a link or just know please post up. Thanks

NP...I believe Warrtalon referenced some other tuning threads in there as well from the Tuning/EMS forums...
