WARNING!!!: from what ive heard (not personal experance) ssautocrome is definatly a rip off , there is a thread on here about how poor quality the stuff they sell on e bay is, my advice dont do it

Well china in there infinite wisdom has decided to further ruin this industry by cloning another product and pawning it off as the real thing.

XS power / ssautochrome (yes they are the same company) whom have made themselves famous for copying product ie: Turbos for $300 that blow up in a week, knock off Tial BOV's that sieze etc have decided to clone our FMIC kit. To top things off they are using our exact intercooler and LICP pictures as advertisments. Now i Have filed fraud issues with Ebay and other agencies to resolve this matter but I wanted to bring this to your attention.

The intercoolers they are selling IS NOT THE AMS FMIC. they are claiming the exact same flow numbers but the core is NOT an AMS CORE. please do not be swindled by the rediculously low price. We cannot even buy the core alone for that price. Its bad enough when internet companies bring down the price of a product but when a company takes the engineering and R&D from another product to bastardize it on ebay it will RUIN this hobby. What will happen when China copies all the products in this industry and companies like AMS, RNR, ATP Bushur etc cant afford to make them. Bye bye good parts and hello crap.

You can do your part in this by avoiding this company and other like it. If it looks to good to be true it really is. Tell your friends. put these companies out of buisness. patron the shops that develop new product not the companies that steal the design to make a quick buck.

I have their turbo manifold and o2 housing, I already put about 200+ miles and I see no problems, just the shine is gone.

Many of the members here never tried their products and already talking negative about it. Just because it's cheap, that doesn't mean it's cheap quality, we're not paying the brand name, we're paying the labor and parts. I personally think their products is great and it works. Just my 2 cents.

 

Looks good, but except the downpipe, doesn't have a flew pipe.

FYI, I am an active eBay buyer and seller.

 

search ssautochrome on here and it will answer all ur questions some are ok with it most are not dont c a reason in going with something like that when u can pay a tiny bit more for a name like Helix

exhaust is a non-moving part... don't see the problem with it if the material doesn't wear and the welds don't blow. of course, this doesn't include fitment... but exhaust is just exhaust.
