ATP 3071R install problem. Downpipe resting on AC line?

For all the ATP owners, how did you solve the problem where the downpipe is hitting/touching the lower AC line? Did you leave it as is? Wont it melt the line? Did you bent to out of the way? Is there a trick?

Thanks!

Alfred

Are you sure it's the DP hitting the AC line and not the intake charge pipe. I don't have a turbo kit but I don't think the AC line is close to the DP area if I remember correctly.

Nope, not the charge pipe, the AC line comming out of the compressor. It is hitting the part right when it comes out of the compressor, close to the plastic hose.

Thanks

I have an atp kit, and mine doesn't hit the ac line. You should take a pic so we can see what you are seeing. I will try and take a pic today and u/l it.

I wrapped my a/c line in heat tape and bent it out of the way a little...but the 3071 R is so sweet I would take the melted a/c line
