Need Help Idling Problems

Guys, those of you that may have ran into this already I need some help. I replaced all the factory IC pipes with a hard pipe kit this weekend. The BOV is now mouted directly to the upper IC pipe then going over to the stock air box setup (which I'm having to order a new intake kit). My problem now is the car won't idle it jumps between 900 and 500 RPMs at idle. I'm basically using the stock air box, with a Turboxs H34 BOV. I had no idle issues before the IC pipe upgrade, and I don't have any leaks. Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

either your venting to the atmosphere or you have a vacuum leak... or screwed up a sensor or wires..

+1 I would also double check that all electrical connectors are fully snapped into place...

I'm not venting to atmosphere, may have a vaccum leak I'll double check myself. Besides the MAF sensor I didn't mess with any other sensors. Thanks for the tips.

Is the new hard pipe kit rubbing against the stock airbox? If it is the vibration may be throwing off the MAF. Other than that, I'd adjust the spring tension (either way) on the BOV to see if that helps.

Thanks thats what I was looking for. It is rubbing the air box, so I'm ordering a new intake kit for a better fitment. I was also going to bypass the hardline on the side of the head that feeds the BOV from the intake. Thought if I ran a shorter vaccume line from the intake directly to the BOV it would eliminate the idling issue I'm having. Like you said if the vibration off the upper IC pipe on the MAF sensor could cause that, its likely. Its vibrating enough to make a sound. Thanks for the tips.
