Installation of Forge Wastegate Actuator

So I should shorten the lever by screwing the turnbuckle in further. This will make the lever shorter. Then I pull on the lever and attach it to the wastegate creating more tension? Am I correct?

But as Zeus said, you should try to use just the actuator by itself (without the boost controller) first, to set the base actuator spring pressure for your setup.
Once you have dialed in the actuator by itself, you should then add the boost controller to reach your final desired setting.

I can't hold the boost all the way to the redline. My boost peaks at 21 PSI by 4300 RPM, but eventually drops all the way to 14 PSI at the redline. I have done a preasure test and have found no leaks. Is there something I am missing with my setup? Here is a log of my 4th gear pull.

Ok now I got it installed correctly... I turned the turnbuckle until it didn't want to turn anymore. I put some tension on the spring then attached it to the wastegate. Boost is holding very nice in 2nd and 3rd gear. Tonight I'll do a 4th gear run again and see how it holds.
PS: If a kind vendor sends me some headstuds I'll happily post results of a 25+psi run on meth *hint* *hint*

I knew this would take care of it!
Good luck on getting a free set of headstuds!
Do you really expect someone just to give those away?
ARP studs are proven to be stronger than the stock studs on almost every single application they are available for and have seen 25 PSI with meth. dozens of times over again on Evo's.
What exactly do you expect to prove if someone gives you a free set?

Mike has seen the car a few weeks ago while up at Forge. The WG does the the job. This is even with long duration 280's. There is nothing more to prove here.
