19 to 20 psi with 91 octane.

up to 22 psi once with C16...i found out after C16 no matter what boost i was runnning the car ran and pulled so much better.

is 21 psi pushing it with 91 octane?

I don't use anything from pocketlogger.com, but that is definitely an option.

I just use a Palm M100 with the T16-003 interface ($85 at MultiplexEngineering.com) and free software (Palm'n'Stein). Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the software on the laptop side to work (WinXP), but that doesn't mean other software isn't compatible.

Wow, I can't imagine how fast my car would be if my stock turbo could hold that much boost. I basically hit 23-24 right after I shift (at the track on race gas), but it doesn't hold more than 22 in the 6k range and then tapers down below 20psi by 7k. By 7500, who knows...it's way down to like 17-18, but it still seems fast.

Likewise, Sean Glazar ran 119.5mph right in front of me on the stock 9.8, and his AEM EMS logs showed that he was tapering down to 17.1 psi by the end of 4th and never went over 24 in any gear, so it makes me wonder how so many other people run such high boost and sustain it so long. Bear in mind, part of the reason he didn't spike high to 26 or 28 is because this is with no-lift shifting where there is no boost "spike" like there would be in a slow roll-on to boost in gear from low rpm on the street, but still...

I just go by what my boost guage is saying -- it could be off. But by the time I'm at redline it's at 1.4 bar. I should buy a boost sensor and hook it up to my ecu+ -- perhaps I would see a different story...

I run 22 PSI daily on pump gas but since the temps have dropped I am starting to hit MAF cut when in 5th gear.

As mentioned above anyting over 22 is probably turning your turbo into a mini flamethrower.

Ok, but 1.4 bar = 20.3psi. You said you were seeing 23psi at 7k (redline) and 22psi by 7800. Were you just confused on the bar-to-psi conversion?
