No Love From my EVO HELP!!!

so after spending 4 hours or so modding my car, i anxiously go to start it and it wont turn over. It cranks and cranks and cranks but no love. I intstalled:
1. 3" megan dp
2. 3" rnr resonated testpipe
3. buschar intake-just the filter
4. hallman boost controller
5. walbro fuel pump
6. turbotrix flashed ecu-i sent it out earlier this week

i figured maybe it was the fuel pump, so i put the stock one back in...nothing! i go over all my vaccum hoses like 5 times...nothing. i've pretty much checked everything way more times then u should and it still wont start. i called turbotrix this morning and told them id be switching the fuel pump. im hoping that maybe i missed something, but was still wondering if this has happened to anyone who has a flash? Any suggestions would be much appreciated! thanks!

well normally id vote fuel pump, but seeing as how ya swapped back in the original, i say its the flash. have you tried eliminating the boost controller?

Sounds like an unprimed fuel pump to me. Even if you put the old one in, you would still have to prime it. Turn your car power on for 2 seconds, then off. Do this about twenty times then try to crank. I bet you the car starts

There's either no fuel or no spark. Re-check everything on the fuel pump end of things before blaming the flash.

im not blaming the flash, thats why im trying to see if maybe i forgot something. i did turn on the ignition a bunch of times before actually going to start it. when i went to take out the fuel pump again there was pressure in the line so i guess its working but honestly i cant hear it at all, and i still have the back seat off and the metal cover off!

changing the fuel pump is easy beans, so checking it step by step wasnt hard. all my connections are fine, considering there is only 2 clips and 3 hoses to mess with and they're all back on there fine. i was trying to find the fuse for it though in the fuse box but no love. Anyone know where it is or the relay for it?

Sometimes they whine lots and others don't at all, seems to be the luck of the draw with Walbro. Maybe take a break and leave it alone until tomorrow. I get too worked up sometimes and sleeping on it will usually give it time for the solution to dawn on me.

So you've verified fuel pressure in the lines after installing the new pump, is there pressure at the rail? Did you unplug the MAS and/or anything else engine electronics related when doing the installs in the bay that might be killing your spark? Verified the spark?

make sure the O-ring is sitting right with the pump. I got a same problem that i was install long time ago. And did u disconnt the battery to work on your car, if so after u done you have to reset it ,just pump the brake about 15 sec and connet back the battery. GOOD LUCK..

ive checked all my fuses and havent found anything, but i did learn something very interesting today. after several phone calls to a couple dealerships i learned that my car had already received the P0300 flash and thats not good. So now i have to bring my car to Mitsu and have them reflash it back to stock, and hope it starts. if it does then im good and i can send the ecu back to Turbotrix hopefully for another try. if it doesnt work and the car doesnt start, then looks like i need a new ecu. I guess i shouldve done an extensive search on prior repairs to my car, because all i was told when i bought it was that the turbo was replaced and nothing else. come to find out, i had almost a dozen things that were replaced/repaired on my car.

Id would like to thank Mark at Turbotrix for all his help so far. He has been a great help on the phone and finally got me a dealership that gave me the information i needed. i feel confident that he will help me as much as possible and alreay said that if the car does start after the flash at mitsu that he would reflash for free. So thanks again to everyone at Turbotrix for their help so far.
