I've left a message w/vishnu and am waiting to hear back, but if anyone can get me an idea on the following issue:

Just installed the v360 setup.
The boost shoots up to about 24psi, but the engine stops pulling when the boost gets above 19psi, and from there to 24psi it loses power, followed by a large blowoff from the Forge recirc valve.
Some things I can add:
It is rpm independent, happens whether it's a 5th gear roll-on or first gear launch.
The timing on the gears is correct, set at -5 and -5, this is without cams, just gears.
The timing belt did not skip, as far as I know, but that would lead to rpm related issues.
