After market Dampner pulley?

Does anyone know of a company that makes one to handle a fully modded evo?

I've heard that Fluidampr will be making one for the 4G63... finally. Can anyone confirm this?

Ugh, where was this three months ago when the harmonic damper pulley on my '90 GSX packed it in. Oh well, I'm curious, too, if anyone has tried it.

Never understood why anyone would do this as a modification. Most of the time the pulley will be too light and won't properly dampen the crankshaft vibrations causing premature failure of the main bearings.

the ati and fluidampner are specifically built for canceling vibration not built to be light. on other applications these dampners have shown positive results in bearing life.

Fluidampner only makes on for the 1g 2g 4g63t motors not the evo. The early cars use 2 belts that ride on the pulley and the evo only uses 1. I talked to them the other day and they said they were in development

ATI is SFI 18.1 certified.
I seriously doubt the Fluidampr is or will be. They are known to suck and are not good on big power engines.

We worked with ATI so we can use it on our shop car. We are sending ours back to ATI so they can make sure everything is working fine.

it's not about performace, this isn't a underdrive pulley, this is to cancel out vibrations at high RPM it helps keep the bearings alive.

Really no reson for this on a normal street car but for any high HP motor it really is a must.
