po401 question...

i kno this was posted before but my check engine light is on for code po401 EGR insufficient flow.. .. i located the EGR valve solenoid but it was plugged in...i cant find the loose vacuum line...any suggestions

When did it come on, need more details... Was it at idle,half throttle, full throttle, hot,cold when did the light go on. ?
