Evolution Engine into A Normal Everyday CC Lancer
People put Evo motors into the 00 style galants. I don't really know much about it, but I do know there are some guys floating around on this board that have such cars. Not sure if its a tough swap on that one or not.

I cant afford it
is possible to swap evo motor to my 01audi tt? b/c i really want evo power but $40000+ is too much for me and audi has 120000+ miles on so.... i think its worth it...maybe not. i tried to sell it but it only worth around $8000. if total cost is around $15000, i will do it. so i can have luxury like and evo power. any idea? please let me no.
your kidding me right? it would cost alot more than that because of all the custom fabrication work.
i would consider calling these guys if you really want to turn your TT into a beast. I've seen some sick TT's in the LA area before let alone HPA turns out some of the sickest VW/Audi's and willing to spend 15k for it.

what is that in US currency? If you cant afford a used Evo, how do you plan to afford to build a car with an Evo engine?
evoTT: i would suggest finding an Audi or Audi TT specific webboard and asking them as to what you can do.
The Evo motor is a potent motor but it isn't the holy grail of motors. I can see why you would want to put it into your car but it seriously isn't the best choice. The motor will not perform the same in a car that it wasn't built for...just because you swap an evo motor into your audi won't mean that your audi will perform like an evo...you will get its power potential but it doesn't mean it will have the Evo's characteristics. My suggestion to you would be to research your car some more and ask the right people in regards to making it better...i've done some brief research and found that HPA actually uses the AWD system off the newer TT's on their VW's and that the 3.2 i6 is also a potent motor...there are turbo kits out for it that would easily push the HP numbers over the top and more power than you would ever need to use in Los Angeles traffic.
research is key but if you have money to spend, don't have any better use for it or just looking to prove everyone that you're crazy to cross-breed cars then go for the evo motor....this is such a cliche thing to say in regards to swapping but "any kind of swap is possible with the right amount of money"

Personally I don't really car about the interior just aslong as it looks decent, which to me they do, I care more about how the car performs rather than what the interior looks like.

Is your TT FWD or AWD? If it is AWD, and you want a fast car, I would highly recommend taking it to an Audi specialist. With your available funds, any respected Audi tuner could build a monster of a car.
