timing belt tensioner ?
Does anyone know if the mitsu dealer uses the same tensioner tool to release tension on the belt, or do they have a different device that they use?

and hard to find at least for me they were I had to do my cam install without it. It went fine just to and hour longer than if I had a tensioner
