Good way to make sure my alky is working?

So, I had the Gen1 kit from buscher on my car. Dipped into a ditch and borked the pump. SMC upgraded it for free to the latest gen pump, but I still have the Gen 1 controller. The guy said he had to rewire something or whatever so it'd work with my controller.

The armed light comes on fine, as does the low light when I don't have enough alky. I hit the test button at idle and the "spray" light comes on then turns off real quick, and my engine bogs like it should. Keep in mind I'm holding the button in and the light turns off real quick.

Now, is the spray turning off real quick too, like the light? Even though the button is still being held in?

My concern is that when I hit 15psi and the spray kicks in, will it just turn off again? I'd hate to be hitting 26psi thinking I've got alky when I don't....

Is there a good way to make sure it keeps on spraying, regardless of what the light says?

I figured I can pull the hose, and hit test, see if alky is comming out of my hose even when the light is off....but that's not really testing the controllers functioning in high boost situations.

tips? I'll call SMC tomarrow to see what they say.

well just hold it for like 15 secoonds while keeping the revvs up and see if the car is still stumbling after the light shuts off.
