mods to run 11's (yes i know , i know)

Yes, i know this has been beaten dead with a stick, but i've searched and i'm still a bit unclear.......

I currently have,

05' gsr

Megan o2 housing
catless TBE
JDM MR DV
Hallman Pro MBC

I am very soon getting:

Lower IC piping
272/272 cams
walbro 255 pump
custom road tune dyno flash,

I have a feeling this is going to be a bit short of 11.99's on pumpgas, what else am i going to need to run solid high 11's on this setup?

Thanks in advance.

11.99

With all those mods and some101-109 and good custome tuning it could be possible.
Do a search and you see some evos running in the 11's with similar mods. "OH, it all depends on the driver and track conditions" IMO

Yes, simple answer.

kf6ytc, I don't see how in the world you could be confused if you searched. The mods you're getting are good enough to hit 11s on pump gas, but is it likely that you will do it? No. The most important mod is the driver mod.

With alky/25psi/tune, you can probably hit 11s without being a good driver, although it's still not guaranteed. Race gas would be the same, except that you'd need a self-tuning device to tune for race gas at the track. Alky would give you a full-time, everyday, 11-sec-capable Evo. Whether you ever end up with an 11-sec timeslip depends on if you can drive or not...

Add alky and some practice (most important) and 11s are definitely possible.

If your a good driver your mods will be enough to break 11's.

It really depends on many factors:
altitude, driver, mods.

Warratlon willrun in the 11's with the same mods he has now(I know that for sure it is the matter of time)

My best friend Sergio ran a 12.0 on Friday with minor mods(3"tb,cams,Fuel pump,MBC,ECUTEK,licp, cai)

There are other guys running 11's already with even less mods, ask for whiteevo311.

My point is that there are so many variables. EVOFUNK runs 12's flat on 93OCT tuned car, others use race gas, others put slicks, others run at sea level and low temp.. you name it, it is the matter of the best combo you can get:

Best gas
lower altitude
lower temps
good driver
good clucth and tires(perhaps slicks)
worthy mods, IE:MBC,exhaust,good tunning
Look at the 11sec list and go one by one and check their signatures.
