howling noise
It happens when I'm approaching a stoplight. I downshift 4th to 3rd..i ease my foot off the clutch and there is a howling/ whooing noise, which i never heard before, at low rpms (approximatley 2700-2000). It sometimes happens when im idling when both the clutch and the brake are down and its in 1st gear..Has anyone else encountered this problem ???

i have a howling tranny noise when i cruise in 1st at like 5 to 10 mph, and some of the same noise in 2nd gear, but none of the other gears.
i only hear it when i drive slow in parking lots.
does anyone else have that? is this normal?
