Can i put this in my rear diff?

GL 5 synthetic by Motul? friend of mine has some and i believe he said its strait 90w. FWIW he puts it in his 240 drifter and loves it...

tsk tsk tsk... you created a new thread, on a topic that has already been covered, then bumped it 3 hours later. In that 3 hours you could have searched and easily found the answer you were looking for.

Anyway, back on topic I guess. the specs for the transfer case and rear diff are 90w GL-5 Hypoid gear oil. If your bottle meets these specs, it should work.

Personally, I have done alot of searching and reading on the fluids topic myself, and I am just going to use Mitsu DiaQueen LSD and Tranny oil.
