Did you perform a search, this has been answered plenty of times.

If you want more power than you have to get it tuned. You are working off of the stock ECU correct? To maximize your power, get a flash and you will see the difference!

Leaving it stock won't hurt the car, but you won't have the maximum power for the cars full potential. The car runs pig rich stock and without a flash or some form of tuning to make changes, your power level will be below full potential.

You will be able to run the car without the tune but I would highly recommend a tune for your car to optimize your purchases. We have tune many Evos here and seen at least 20-30whp gain after a tuning session with your mods.

Thanks,
Tom
