anyone got the new Buschur racing TBE system lately?

I heard the new test pipe come with the 02 blunts(two of them) ? BTW does the system get really black/rusted after a while? because I saw some old systems they look very rusted/black.

thanks

As far as I know the Buschur exhaust won't rust at all.

I'm not sure bout the o2 "blunts" but you can pick these up at any local auto store for less than 5 dollars.

The hardest part is drilling one of them out with a 1/2"(I think its 1/2") hole. Not an easy task with a cordless drill. Ended up costing me more like 100 for a new Dewalt and a nice drill bit.

No rust here. The exhaust tip may turn black.. that's because you're running very rich. It's nothing a little elbow grease can't solve.

I have no idea how that could happen. I've had my catback on like 2 years and it looks perfectly fine.

The mechanical fix worked perfect for me. I used 2 anti foulers with mine. Running TBE with test pipe.

There is a how-to thread in the how-to forums that describes this method.

As far as fitment goes... The only problem I've had was the catback section hitting the driveshaft mount. This was due to me installing it on my back on a floor jack

Stainless may cosmetically rust, it just wont rust through.

On saying that I highly doubt any 304 stainless Buschur (or anyones) exhaust will even be showing cosmetic rust even if you spend your summers in Hawaii and winters in Buffalo. it would take 5-6 years to do that.

Although that picture looks mighty ugly! But looks more like grease / oil vs. rust.

That exhaust looks horrible! What is all over it?! Looks like someone has been driving through a coal mine with it. The black is not rust, it looks like filth.

The exhausts do come with the mechanical 02 fix and they have been working out extremely well.

The entire system is 304 SS and will not rust. The only exception to this is the ends of the Magnaflow muffler (the one pictured) are made of 409 SS which over time, like the stock exhaust, rust. This is just the ends of the Magnaflow, not the body, tip or any other part.

Our BR muffler is louder, lighter and is 100% 304.

Its not a blunt, it is a bung. If it comes with two blunts, I might have to buy Buschur exhaust instead of WORKS.

We can weld an extra bung into our system for anyone that needs it. The bungs are $25 welded in, these are not cheapo mild steel bungs, they are SS.

I put the Buschur 3" Turboback on about 2 months ago and absolutly love it. Excellent fit, wont rust (that isnt rust on the one in the pic), and sounds great!! From the price vs quality stance you cant beat it, great quality. I did the mechanical O2 fix and it fits with no problem, no clearance issues. I havent had a cel since. You should drill the antifouler out on a drillpress, much easy and alot less time consuming. You cant go wrong with this exhaust, plus it has a stock like exhaust tip, Im not a fan of the 5inch coffee can outlet personally so this setup was perfect for me

I've had my Buschur 3" TBE for almost 2 years now and i've loved it since day one. Fitment is perfect, sound is great, no rusting problems.

The only alteration to the exhaust was I added a manual cutout in the test pipe
