Not necessarily don't buy dry, just wet is easier and safer.

A wet kit introduces the fuel and nitrous through a nozzle in your intake tract.

A dry kit introduces the nitrous through a simpler nozzle however bumps up your fuel pressure in order to introduce the extra fuel required through your stock fuel injectors.

Go with a wet kit.
