Thanks Warrtalon...I don't have the funds to try everything

Just ordered some GSC 272/272 cams, and am going to have them installed with AEM cam gears and ARP headstuds. Also just sent my ECU to be re-flashed...again

YOu may want to decide on the cam gear settings you want before that flash goes through. -4/-1 seems to provide HUGE top end power and a smooth idle, but I'm sure there are other combos that work well, too. You need to decide on that combo so that your flasher can tune your ECU for that exact cam gear setting. Then, when AMSTuning installs everything, have them set your cam gears to wherever you prefer and you'll be golden.

Is there a post that will help me decide which cam settings would be best?

I'd like a somewhat rough idle
, but if I can get more power with a smooth idle, I'm all for it!

Well then, -4/-1 seem to be the best bet. I can do that, and keep investigating to see if I can find settings for a more lopey idle.

Thanks for all the help!
