please help...Idle/low Rpm issue

ok....heres the issue...i got in my car this morning to take my gf to the train station, and my car is idling like it has 3 cyl. give a lil gas and its still jumpy. Kinda feels like there is a high lift cam in it. it just started out of nowhere....no abnormal noise, nothing, All coil packs are good...nothing changed when removing other packs to check for dead cyl. Anyone ever deal with this b4...it kinda feels like a misfire, or like the computer is running it soo rich, that its hoping around. The RPM's at idle are also steady, they arent jumping all over the place...Any help would be great.

Thanks in advance
Jay

A bad o2 sensor? Maybe a bad EGR Valve?

Check your spark plug wires to make sure they're seated and change your plugs. Go get some NGK BPR7ES at Advanced Auto or Autozone, gap them to .26, and slap 'em in. If the problem persists, we'll go from there.
