timing belt. I need help quick!

Can someone tell me how to get the damn timing belt cover off! Engine is still in the car and i can't figure out to get it off? Also, Does anyone have a link with pictures that show EXACTLY how to set the timing? I don't have a manual or a timing belt tool. I was instaling cams and took the belt off the cam gears. It's a long story and i know there are much easier and faster ways to put cams on, but will someone please post something useful to me. Where i'm at right now is timing belt cover is still on and i can't figure out how to get that dang thing off. I have taken off the water pump pully and the crank pully. Timing belt is off the cams.

I just got done doing my cams a few days ago. I would recommend having someone that knows what they are doing to help. The intake and exhuast cam like to slip after you line them up and clip them so becareful. As far as the lower timing cover its a pain if the car isnt in the air. You need to remove the tensioner holding the acc belt. The water pump pulley and the belt idler then un due all the bolts holding the lower cover on.
