PS. A resonated TP will by no means make the loudness reasonable. It's still going to be very loud with a test pipe.

PPS. Unless an exhaust is made of titanium, I'm not sure why people are saying that a TBE near $1000 is reasonable...that's crazy expensive.

These can be had for 799 shipped, that's what I got mine for. Now it may not be
as cheap as buschur's but it's a nice piece.

$800 is a lot better than $1000. I couldn't believe those guys above were saying $1000 was good for a TBE...

i have that setup.. its loud at high rpm.. but at low RPM it has this kinda deep roar.. i just love.. i did a search way back about feedbacks and stuff for this TBE.. one of the guys has a sound clip at his Sig... it sounds nice.. you will like it.. i love mine..
the exchaust tip kinda looks like stock too.. sleeper look too.. which is a plus..

i got the full kit.. downpipe, test pipe, everything.. from the o2 housing all the way to the back..
didnt take pix man.. sorry..
but if you are worried about the fit.. if your stock exhaust tip fits ur jdm bumper.. then the Tanabe TBE exhaust tip should fit nicely.. i have the stock bumper and the fit is MORE than perfect.. the diameter of the tip is very close to the stock tip.. space around the tip is even.. like 2 or 3 figers away from the exhaust.. and most importantly.. IMO.. is that the tip does not stick out at all...

i will try and take some pix this weekend and post them here..
i was worried about the fit my self.. and i called the company that i bought the kit from, and they said it will fit nicely.. i would give a buz to whomever is selling this kit and ask them if it would fit the jdm bumper..

I have always found the loudness of exhausts to be subjective. I think the
exhuast is kinda loud but the sound it makes is so worth it. It has a very
unique deep sound. Fit and finish was also perfect. I was very happy with it.
Cal from speedelement is who I bought mine from, great service!!

Thanks for the intel, If it is short on the usdm bumper than it will fit the jdm bumper because it is and 1-2" shorter than the jdm one. Can't wait for the pics.

I could be wrong although I thought the DP was 70mm which is less than 3", then it goes to 75mm. This making it not a true 3" system.

very quiet.. i tried it for the heck of it.. but then my tuner guy said it will restrict some air coming out.. as a result it will take off a little power on high rpm.. so i have the silencer on the shelf collecting dust..

The downpipe is actually 76mm and the rest of the exhaust is 80mm. I have it on my car and it sounds awesome. I may be upgrading to a 3.5 inch aluminum exhaust so mine will possibly be for sale.
