too much boost now?

I forgot that I had changed the viewing angle of my booost gauge. It is by itself in an autometer pod on the steering column. I angled it more down, and it looks like I managed to pinch the boost line. Yup, I think that's the problem.
When I moved the gauge up and down in the mount, I could watch the live vacuum at idle move. It moved from just above 20, all the way past 0 in to 2-3 lbs of boost. Hmm. Boost at idle, I wish. Checked the line, and sure enough, it was kinked at back of gauge. Now that it is back to old position, doesn't move. Sits at about 17 psi vacuum/-.
Unfortunatley, I already clicked the forge mbc down to 0 for test runs tomorrow morning.
So, my perfect mbc settings from the shop are history, and now I have to start over and reset the mbc. I know it's not a big deal, but it is a pain. I don't like to mess around with settings that someone more qualified at tuning set.

Glad you found your problem and it wasn't the mbc. I would, however, keep a good eye on the Forge mbc and look out for high spikes. BTW, its not hard at all to re-adjust it. I work around mine when it happens by turning it all the way down to about 11psi, make a couple of runs, then turn the soft spring all the way up. Temporarily resolved.
