New Dyno Jet at ICS My #'s

Well wont write a lot here. But went to take a trip down to ICS. So got there and just want to see what my car would dyno at. And some amazing numbers were coming out of car. So after over 30 dyno pulls. ICS had said to me they think these 2 dyno pulls like the winner. Now must be wondering my car is almost fully stock all I have is open down pipe and MBC. Note there is no flash or engine management. ICS was pretty impress with the numbers that were coming out of car. Need some good spark plugs and gap right and we said would even make little more. And the car was running rich. If tune it I’m sure can hit 320 easy. And with cams that should be going in soon should be hitting around 365 or so.

^ This was highest hp of the day.

^ Ya thats what it looks like when runing out of gas on the dyno hehe

Note what i was told with the new dyno jet dyno you have to add 6-10% to the number becasue it reads low thats why people do not like the new dyno.

I wouldn't count on those numbers being 6-10% lower than other Dynojet readings.

Could you put the smoothing on 5 to help limit those big spikes? If you don't have the run-files then nevermind. Also, remember that an open downpipe is even better than a full TBE, so that helps a lot, but not having tuning means these numbers are very good. Higher than mine even, but we need to see you put down some good numbers at the track to verify everything.

ya trying but no track open and yes the dyno pull 32 and 33 we had but in plugs for a s4 but they work on evo and gaped to 20 which was not very good and i thought was not right but anyhow thats why so crazy car was runing a little choppy. so i bet if anything with the right plugs and go back i think would see some nicer and cleaner number. o the plugs also were 1 degree colder which i think was hurting the car then helping number.

That was a terrible idea. Why would you do something like that, Mike? You need to stop cutting corners and treat your Evo properly, else it won't last long.

Not sure of your exact question, but if you get tuned for race gas with the boost cranked, you will gain at least 30whp, imo. I gain 30-35whp if you go by my trap speed increases (110 on pump 113+ on race).

I don't think you'll hit 12.5 personally, but I'd like to see you give it a shot.

Great numbers dude. Your car would be right next to Warren's and you have only a hundred or two in mods! Pretty damn impressive, especially considering all of Warren's "sponsors." LOL.
