^^ how short is your pedal throw? I just got mine installed and its very close to the floor. Not sure if its ok but it does feel good because you lift one inch and it grabs...should be able to change gears much faster If my foot is just on the clutch pedal not pressed down and move it to the left its the same height as the foot rest Since im not used to it yet I accidently sometimes step on the foot rest instead when coming to a stop...lol

Something is wrong with the picture Derek!!! The pedal should be in the STOCK position!!!!I say re-bleed before you prematurely wear out your clutch!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah wouldnt that mean there is preload? Totally agree should be like stock.

On another note I've always had noise when the clutch engages but from what I was told it was normal... however it says this on the faq:

Lightly depress the clutch pedal and if you hear a grinding or squealing noise you may have a concern with your release bearing or your clutch assembly.
Check Release bearing
Check clutch assembly for wear. Replace as necessary.
If the noise is evident when engaging the clutch, the most probable cause will be a faulty or incorrectly lubricated spigot bush/bearing

I've had this noise since day 2 of having the clutch.. and have put 15-20k miles on the clutch with no problems. No grinding noise.. just a weird type of squeel. Kind of interesting to read this now

I talked to Derek, he says that is how JUN set it up for him. I guess they know what they are doing. Just concerned about premature disc surface wear. But then again, I am NOT a mechanic.
