- Bosch triple platinum (BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD)
- Ralliart wires (good items, but no reason to buy them)
- Denso Iridium (not gonna say bad, but why these instead of regular NGK?)

Ok, so we have a whole slew of useless or nearly useless mods here, so it's hard to diagnose what's going on with your car. Here are my suggestions in order:

1) Get a set of NGK BPR7ES spark plugs for $1.40/ea, gap to .26 and install those
2) Re-install stock plugs wires (just for now)
3) Re-install stock intake (use AEM after you get tuned)
4) Re-install stock BOV (sell and get a JDM MR DV or Forge RS)

If your car doesn't run properly after this, then you might have a big issue, but it will allows us to troubleshoot more easily. If your car returns to normal, then re-install the Ralliart wires and ensure things work fine. If so, then go forth and conquer while following my other suggestions. Also, sell that 2.5" cat-back if anyone will buy it, and then get a nice 3" exhaust (TBE preferable).
Are you sure about the .26 gap or is it .026? Im sorry I am still learning about all this.

I got the Denso for the factory heat range, not the colder ones. and my gap is .040, as told to me by autozone and pep boys.

HAHAH, .040!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the hell is wrong with those guys. Do you not have a manual for your Evo? Man, .040, no wonder! I can't imagine listening to those half-wits at places like that. They know how to put plastic wheel covers on Toyota Corollas - do not rely on them for anything on your Evo!

You need to be gapped to .026 or so like I said (.26/.026, whatever, it's not like you can really gap them by a factor of 10 higher). You aren't supposed to re-gap Iridium plugs to begin with, so I don't know what's up with that.

Please, both of you, do what I've already said twice. GET NGK BPR7ES FOR ONLY $1.40 EACH AND GAP THEM TO .026, PLEASE! This take like one day to get done. The iridiums can work, but I wouldn't rely on them if they've been tampered with already.

I feel like such a fool. I just got to el paso, tx from hawaii and dont know where any race shops are to get the right info and parts for my car. I called Pep Boys, Auto Zone, and Checkers and neither of them carry the NGK BPR7ES. Checkers can order them at 2.99 a plug (which is acceptable to me to fix this problem). I will order those ASAP, and fix this before I run into bigger problems. Thank you so much. I am def. comming to you guys before I do anything from now on. Any other advice?

Yes, if your NGK BPR7EIX plugs haven't been touched, then install those and things should be fine.

Hmm, $2.99 is absurd, but it's ok for this one time before you find another place that sells them at regular price. I'm very surprised that AutoZone doesn't carry them. I used to get them there all the time for my DSMs. a lot of times those places don't even know, so you have to tell them the exact part number. They always want to know what car you have so they can look it up, but you have to tell them to specifically look for NGK BPR7ES. At Advanced Auto, the store part number is #2023. I know, because I get them all the time. Btw, I just bought two 10-packs of BR8ES for $28 total after tax.

Yes, always come to us first before doing anything. I already gave you a lot of advice that you need to follow. It is VERY UNFORTUNATE that you trashed your stock intake and stock BOV. Did you just throw them away? The stock BOV was _NOT_ part of the stock intake, so I don't know why that got thrown away. Please, whatever you do from now on, NEVER throw away your stock parts. Seriously, sell that BOV and the HKS EIDS, then get the parts at this link:

Please do not spend all that money on a Greddy FMIC and piping. You've already spend unnecessary amounts of money for minimal gains. An upgraded FMIC is not needed on the stock turbo, and it's very expensive. The UICP is also not useful, but the LICP is. You need cams and alky long before you need an FMIC...

Yes, a nice set of GSC cams and a Dynoflash would give you HUGE gains.
