I would check it just in case, just so you know 100% that is not the problem.

I also just noticed you have alky, is that working 100%? I figured it should be since you said you aren't knocking or getting pulled timing.

Let me think of anything else to check...

But most def the EBC .. Do a search on your EBC ..
I overnited an MBC(Halman) and had it here on Friday. Did not fix the problem and it was WAYYY more inconsistent that the profec.

And I have NO boost leaks.

yeah, alky is working perfectly fine, even before I get to the high boost levels where alky would really be required the car still doesen't feel proper.

Thanx again for all you guys help. I'm about to pull my hair out.

You really shouldnt be having inconsistencies with the hallman, its one of the best. I dont even have problems with my TurboXS (supposted to be the worst) once I tuned it the right way. Your problem has to be your EBC.

Sounds like boost is leaking off inconsistently. It may not be a typical boost leak, but it could be something funky with your EBC, or if you've ruled that out, perhaps the BOV not moving freely.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking completely clearly, I was merely talking about the diff boost levels dependent on gear. Say 5th gear you hit 29 whereas 2nd you hit 24 due to the load. The Profec makes it a lot close and holds boost better for me.

I had read multiple things about the profec sucking so i got that MBC, it did not cure the problem with the car and was quite frustrating to be overboostin in 5th on interstate when trying to pass someone. Therefore I switched it back to the profec.

I do not think it is an inconsistent or any sort of boost leak. I pressure tested the car to 30 lbs and immediately drove it right after with no change in the car. It has not had a good pull or feel to it since monday. And I do not think there is anythign wrong with the engine itself either.

There has been no blowby in my catchcan nor have I had any smoking issues.

When you removed the old turbo and stuff you should have looked at it all extensively. Obviously, if replacing those parts made the car better, one of them was failing. Narrow it down to which part it was and thats probably your problem again.

You could have have injested something into the turbo.

I agree, but last time I did not know if it was 100% the turbo or not. And the blades are all fine on my turbo, nothing has gone through my intake and filter.

Which gauge are you using to read boost? for eg: Defi gauges are know to be off by upto 4psi!!! ... in that case you could be under boosting = less power ...
