cam oil seal...help

Ok, im trying to figure out the orientation of the cam oil seal, and where to apply RTV, any help?

The seal its self only takes RVT on both edges from the cam seal to the top of the valve cover deck of the head. You can see this on evomoto.com in their install writeup to help you understand.
