2.5" inner dia IC piping for GT35R too small?

I'm running the stock 05 EVO Turbo now and was wondering if I get the FMIC and LICP upgrade, if the 2.5 diameter piping for the cold and hotsides will be too small once I upgrade to a GT35R/37R???

I just wanna buy my parts once, but the right stuff and not waste any money...

thanks for your input
